Intense Pain
I can't quite remember the last time I felt such an intense pain. Emotional, gut wrenching, pain.
It's real.
I'm working on it.
It will be better in the end.
Whenever that is.
For now, I read Radical Acceptance. And cry. A lot.
So, Doc, I was thinking I should work on my personality disorder...

- This blog started as a journal used in between weekly therapy sessions. Even though my $125 an hour was well spent, I had an intense need to get more off my chest in between sessions. The Nice Lady and I don't spend quality time together any more but the exercise of journaling continues to be an important way that I process my experiences, thoughts and feelings on a multitude of subjects. Writing is perfect because frankly, I talk too much. When I process by writing, those around me aren't obligated to listen to me process aloud. It's tricky though; My experience is that journaling your truth will get you one hell of a beating once other people read it. In the face of that, I write and invite you to read and make a comment or two.
