It's beginning to be the season of me. Quitting my job! NOT taking a walk when I wanted to stay home. Going to sleep very soon because I'm exhausted. It's all about taking care of Wonelle's true needs. First.

- This blog started as a journal used in between weekly therapy sessions. Even though my $125 an hour was well spent, I had an intense need to get more off my chest in between sessions. The Nice Lady and I don't spend quality time together any more but the exercise of journaling continues to be an important way that I process my experiences, thoughts and feelings on a multitude of subjects. Writing is perfect because frankly, I talk too much. When I process by writing, those around me aren't obligated to listen to me process aloud. It's tricky though; My experience is that journaling your truth will get you one hell of a beating once other people read it. In the face of that, I write and invite you to read and make a comment or two.
