Wanna take a stab at this spread?
It's all so positive and things (at work) feel less than positive. Crushing the job means I plan on doing great at it! I'm not doing badly when I look at the numbers. But interactions with my boss makes feel like a 9 year old. I'm all over the freaking map. One minute okay, the next a puddle. My stuff is boiling over - confidence tanked at the slightest sideways glance. I worked hard to not be that gal and yet here I am. Made a bad choice even though I knew better. Now I suffer. Have I said all of this before?

I do not know the order of this spread. Is the middle card you, where you are right now? That guy fits. Those sticks represent effort and steps that the guy thinks he needs to take. He is tentative, and he is not helped by his intuition (water.) He is young, alone and has a lot of work to do that he is unsure of.
The other cards suggest confidence and energy from other sources. From above in kindness, from knowledge that family is full, Fool and Page are both happy with themselves. One delights in himself and the world, the other recieves gifts and is close to his intuitive knowledge. Queenie sits quietly in her power, knowing what she knows. The other guy is working, but he is mastering his work. The staffs are shorter than he is.
Girl, I think it means you are struggling with your inside experience, but that waiting for you both behind you and before you is a feeling of being more in charge.
