You Have A Lovely Beast

"You are so cute!"

We hear it constantly from strangers. On the street, in a restaraunt, just about everywhere we go.

A couple of weeks ago I asked you "do you know how cute you are?" Your response: "Yeah." Giggle from Mommy. "Who says you're cute?" Says Mommy. "Emilia." says Won. "Who else?" "Mayra" Who else? "Mindy" and on and on the conversation goes. So we decide that we should probably slow it down on the "cute" conversation. But, it doesn't stop me from thinking it or writing about it.

Maybe it's because you're just a little kid. Maybe it's because you're my little kid. Either way - you're adorable. And funny as all get out, too. I'm at a loss for some of the funnier things that come out of your less than 2 year old mouth, but believe me, they can be absolutely hilarious. I vow to make it to the computer next time you put me in stitches to report exactly what it was and how you said it.
